Redesigned and managed the company's monthly newsletter through Mailchimp, introducing a cleaner visual layout and a more strategic content structure. To improve engagement, I organized communications into two experiences: a primary newsletter for essential updates and announcements, and a supplemental Google Sites hub featuring employee recognition, promotions, themed content, and community-focused resources. This approach increased engagement and contributed to a 90% open rate.

Important leadership, operational, and company updates were getting lost in a text-heavy newsletter, making it difficult for employees and families to quickly find key information.

Solution

Redesigned the company newsletter in Mailchimp with a cleaner, branded layout and created a supplemental Google Sites hub for employee engagement content.
