Recruitment Campaign Overview
Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities: I developed and executed a 25-day seasonal social media campaign, writing daily captions and shaping messaging to showcase Westside’s workplace environment, team stories, and community impact. I collaborated with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and clinic teams to source content and suggest visuals, ensuring posts aligned with recruitment goals.
Objectives: The campaign aimed to increase visibility for open roles, highlight our team and patient-centered work, and encourage applications during the busy holiday season. Posts were designed to maintain engagement throughout December while presenting Westside as a welcoming, festive, and professional workplace.
Deliverables: I included 25 days of themed captions, content concepts, and a messaging strategy that reflected the organization’s voice and culture.

Day 4 celebrates that our Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do at Westside, and our New Lenox clinic just turned up the fun with a colorful twist! 🌀 The team came together for a tie-dye session, crafting t-shirts that reflect their bright spirit they bring to their work every day. At Westside, we believe that strong teams build strong communities, and what better way to bond than with a little color and creativity?!

Our Schaumburg West ABA team brought the magic to life by posing for this festive holiday card. Laughter, bonding, and a little bit of joy made this activity a memorable way to celebrate the season together.

Day 5 of Westside’s Winter Wonderland brings community magic! ✨The ABA team at Orland Park North celebrated the season by taking our Focus kiddos on a special field trip to Mariano's! Together, we practiced generalizing skills to the community with a scavenger hunt. Teams searched for specific items, checked prices, and even compared costs – all while spreading a little seasonal cheer. To top it off, each kiddo got to purchase a treat, leaving with big smiles and a sense of accomplishment.
